Since our inception in 2002, STEEL FITNESS has strive to set the bar.  Our elite trainers, unique equipment and commitment to excellence continues to set us apart.and are based on our principals of High Intensity Strength Training,

Each concentrated session provides healthy, effective and intense training specified for each client’s personal fitness goals.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our Philosophy at Steel Fitness focuses on a

4-phase approach for strength and conditioning:

  • 1. Strength Training - Utilizing our variety of strength equipment to increase heart rate, train specific muscles to increase strength, size, and muscle endurance. 
  • 2. Power- Combining strength equipment, functional equipment and compound movements to increase muscle size, strength and conditioning levels (Increased intensity from the strength and conditioning phase). 
  • 3. Stabilization Concentrates on core strength training, which focuses on lower back, abdominal muscles as well as smaller muscles throughout the body, which assists in stabilizing the body through specific movements.
  • 4. Corrective- Concentrates on a client and or patient who is in need of training for corrective needs or rehabilitation.
